• Hopes and Fears- Will screen at the Bryn Mawr Film Insitute on June 2nd FREE
• Multicultural Affairs
• Set In Philadelphia
• The Tripod Initiative

Greater Philadelphia Filmmakers also facilitates the following:

• Industry Workshops: Greater Philadelphia Filmmakers sponsors workshops, alone and in partnership with other groups, to enhance the knowledge and experience of our local film and video community with events such as “How To Market Your Screenplay,” “Getting A Grip on Production,” “The Grit Behind the Glamour.”
• PhillyPitch!, a program of Filmmakers, includes story structure, “The Art of Pitching,” Audience Presentation and the chance to pitch your story idea to a panel of high powered industry professionals and a live audience.
• Community Outreach: Representatives frequently visit classrooms and public forums sharing information on the film business, jobs in the industry and the impact on our region.

Our approach is to remain flexible and support the indigenous media community by filling needs as they present themselves. This is a work in progress; the programs of Greater Philadelphia Filmmakers will continue to evolve as needs change.
